Schleich assists in Australian animal aid

Utterly devastating scenes of late from Down Under, the sheer scale of the fires is almost incomprehensible. One toy outfit offering a financial hand is model maker Schleich, a long time manufacturer of Aussie wildlife figures including the Kangaroo, Wombat, Koala, Quokka and Croc and have been donating from sales at their online shop a proportion of revenue since back in September. Their pledge includes all purchases made from the company’s online shops in Germany, Austria, Spain, France, USA, and the UK and donations going straight to the WWF. Paul Dearlove, Schleich UK’s trade marketing manager, commented: “Australia’s animals have long been part of our Schleich world and we are proud to be able to help in this small way.”
