Meccano and Vintage at Goodwood are offering someone the chance to be part of history in the
making at this weekend's very first Vintage at Goodwood Festival. The festival is a celebration of music,
fashion, film, art, dance and design, all of which has helped make Britain such a creative and cultural
hot bed. During the weekend an ambitious art installation constructed entirely out
of Meccano will be created by hundreds of festival goers alongside sculptor Will Nash who has designed
the giant structure of more than 100 spherical 'Bucky Balls' inspired by visionary inventor
Richard Buckminster Fuller. The finished balls will be put together into a structural mass of bubbles
using 40,000 pieces of traditional Meccano (it should look something like the pic below when finished)
For a chance to win a pair of weekend tickets to this amazing event, worth £135 each, add your piece
to the iconic Meccano monument and walk away with a Will Nash signed Bucky ball at the end
of the festival just tell us, by noon tomorrow, what you think is the coolest thing about Britannia?
